Service Description
This workshop focuses on rebuilding the foundations of movement through mobility, strength, and balance activities. The class is designed to help you reconnect with your body, improve foot and lower limb function, and develop resilience in your movement patterns. Expect a fun interactive class with guided activities aimed at restoring natural movement, reducing stiffness, and enhancing stability. Ruth O’Donnell from The Foot Collective is hosting this fun and accessible workshop for yogis, athletes and the general public. This accessible session will focus on foot health, balance, strength and mobility covering easy ways to maintain steadiness and health through simple fun activities and exercises.
