Spring is almost here! With the transition into Spring, it's time to let more light in, let go of old eating habits, as well as, self-defeating habits. The next 21 days we will focus on crowding out the things that don't serve us, and add in new healthy fresh ones! This simple program you will help you ditch junk foods by focusing on whole foods. This program you will help you understand cravings, how to avoid them, and how to manage them if they pop back up. You will have more energy without needing caffeine or sugar to get you through the day. And you will start losing weight and know how to continue without counting calories. Most experts say it takes 21 days to create a new habit! I designed this program to help you create a healthier lifestyle that is realistic and easy to follow. Each day during the 21 days you will receive healthy tips. You will receive an optional meal plan each week with recipes and all the information you need to succeed in this course. I will be checking in with you throughout the 21 days and be here to support you and your goals through email and a private Facebook Group.
