The “Meditation 101” workshop is for anyone who is curious about meditation and wants to learn more and/ or those who are interested in starting a meditation practice. We will go over what meditation is, various ways to do it, talk about all the benefits it provides, and also practice meditating together.


If you are looking for help in dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, attention, burnout, weight loss, or any other mental or physical health issues, or if you simply want to improve your overall well being and experience inner calm then meditation may be the thing for you! Anyone can meditate! Come see for yourself.
