This class focuses on slow movements, stretching the body, and relieving any tension and stress that is residing in the muscles and joints. This class is perfect for beginners at any age that want the benefits of yoga without the vinyasa flow. We will use modifications and props to support you and your unique physical needs such as blankets, blocks, straps, and the wall.
