Thai Yoga Bodywork & Sound Experience

Service Description

This workshop is a floor-based, mat-supported Thai Yoga Bodywork experience followed by a restorative sound experience. Come solo or with a companion. Expect mindful touch, assisted stretching, and deep rest—no tables, no oils, just presence and support. This experience is ideal if you want to learn safe, effective touch, improve mobility and ease, or simply receive care and restoration. The closing sound experience helps the body integrate and settle, leaving you grounded and relaxed.
